How Atmos Yoga works.

Atmos Yoga employs posture, breathing and guided mental exercises taught by an expert instructor. Each day during the program, you will practice new meditation skills for 20 minutes and journal some brief sentences to your instructor. In addition, during the program you will learn the science behind Atmos Yoga: how biochemicals in your body both stimulate and regulate your nervous system, and how different achieved brain states affect these occurrences. Throughout the course of the program, you will receive the support necessary to successfully complete your daily practice. By the end of the program, you'll have the knowledge and skills necessary to continue getting results on your own and effectively incorporating them into your life.
