By applying specific mental practices, we dis-identify with the emotional noise of the limbic system.
With Practice, we can evolve into a new state of being -- an evolved awareness. The practice is revolutionary and the results are evolutionary for all of human kind. We have the science and we understand the mental disciplines necessary to sever our unconscious emotional identification with our fear based survival instincts of the limbic system. By applying specific mental practices, we can learn to dis-identify with the emotional noise of the limbic system. We remain aware but are not at the affect of the ancient emotional brain. By practicing 'non-response techniques', we severe the feedback loop to the limbic system, creating, with intention, a new feedback loop free from the limbic system. The new feedback loop feeds on itself – stillness. ~Eric
